You can have unpublished posts there and collaborate with your team before publishing them.

It consists of 4 stages:

No status - Future articles we should write
Coming Soon - Article is in making
Published - Article is already published
Awaiting for update - Something changed with your product and someone should update that particular article

Because your Dashboard should not be shared with your users, to publish a certain article just add it to the Main Navigation 😄
